The Conference & Language Policy
The official language of the Congress will be English. All correspondence from the organisers, all programme and conference-related materials, as well as all scientific presentations (podium and poster) will be conducted in English only. Please note that no translation services will be available.

Language in South Africa
English is one of the 11 official languages in South Africa, also being the official language of administration in South Africa. However, in South Africa English is widely spoken as first, second or third language by most of its citizens. Foreign visitors should be able to find easy access to assistance in English in all tourist areas, but also in most other areas. Most public directions, instructions and other postings are in English.
